Shipping of Orders
When will I receive my order ?
We process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to track your package. Delivery times generally vary between 3 to 7 working days depending on your location.
What are the shipping fees ?
We offer free delivery on all orders over €70. For orders below this amount, a delivery charge of €5 will be applied.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
If you need to change the delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at maisonalmudena@gmail.com. We will do our best to make any necessary changes before your order is shipped.
Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy ?
You can return any unworn and unwashed item within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure the tag is still attached. To initiate a return, send an email to maisonalmudena@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
How to make an exchange?
To exchange an item, follow the returns process described above and place a new order for the desired item. We will process your return and issue a refund upon receipt of the returned item.
Are I responsible for the return costs?
Yes, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. In this case, please contact our customer service to obtain a prepaid return label.
What should I do if I received a defective or incorrect item?
We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please contact us immediately at maisonalmudena@gmail.com with a description of the problem and photos of the affected item. We will arrange replacement or refund for the defective or incorrect item.
